For anyone with an interest in drama performing arts! This workshop will be hands-on, giving participants the opportunity to discuss, act, write and devise collaboratively. We want to give an insight into our creative process and inspire you to go out and make your own theatre!
Delivered by local theatre company Freshly Ground Theatre as part of their new project The Bold Step.
The Bold Step is a story about girls who grew up in Ireland in the early 2000’s. After conversations with the women who raised them, Freshly Ground Theatre creates a lighthearted, nostalgic exploration of the nature of memory, and the changing definitions of girlhood, womanhood and motherhood.
These workshops hope to foster an interest in inter-generational theatre in the community.
