The Civic invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced catering companies or individuals for the opportunity to operate the café within The Civic called The Interval Bistro.
Expressions of Interest will be assessed in reference to the guidelines and the listed objectives & requirements included in the document available for download below. A pre-tender site inspection can be arranged at an agreed time.
